Why this guide?
When I first started skincare, I was testing out a bunch of actives… without really knowing what I was doing. I wasn’t seeing results, my skin was reacting poorly, and I quickly gave up. I didn’t even know that I needed to protect my skin barrier, adjust my routine, or introduce products gradually.
